Travel assignment in Overland Park, Kansas
Unit: Heart Center
Building: A
343-bed facility
40 hours per week
Schedule: 4/10s, 0700-1730
On-call rotation every 5–7 days, with 13.5-hour call starting at 1730-0700; weekend call every 5th-7th weekend
Contract length: 12 weeks

Required Qualifications

Echo Technologist with 1 year of experience
Echo Technologist experience within the last year
BLS, RDCS, or RCS
Experience working with Adult patients
TTE/TEE experience

Preferred

PEDS is a plus
TEE experience is a plus

Clinical Details

Patient experience includes Adult Echo and Adult TEE
Procedures performed: TTE, TEE, Stress Echo
Equipment: Vivid E95--GE
Documentation systems: Echo Reporting: Merge; EMR: Meditech

Additional Notes

Navy Blue Scrubs required
Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability
Tenured staff with 7 to 25 years’ experience; 2 new grads in orientation
Non-Invasive Manager is an experienced Echo Tech
