Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
Orthopedics (2 years of experience)
Orthopedics experience within the last year
Med Surg experience

Unit Details

Staffing support includes a secretary, PCTs, and a navigator
Common procedures include knee and hip replacements and multi-level spine surgeries
Equipment used includes coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling

4 weekend shifts per schedule
Floating: rotation

Work Environment

Required qualities: compassion and teamwork
Patient experience requirement: 72%
Required uniform: navy scrubs
