Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

<h2>Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Stepdown/Med Surg unit.</li>
 <li>Perform patient assessments and monitor recovery, ensuring patient safety and comfort.</li>
 <li>Administer medications and titrate drips, including Heparin, insulin, Cardizem, and amiodarone.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with the healthcare team, including house supervisors and nurse aides, to manage patient care.</li>
 <li>Utilize RT equipment, such as CPAP, BiPap, and high flow oxygen devices, effectively.</li>
 <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Current RN license and ability to submit upon request.</li>
 <li>Valid driver’s license is required at submission.</li>
 <li>Certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA) are mandatory.</li>
 <li>Experience in stepdown nursing and titration of medications.</li>
 <li>Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips.</li>
 <li>Available to work three weekend shifts every four weeks and rotate holiday shifts.</li>
