GI Lab Registered Nurse

Overview

Atlanta, Georgia
13-week contract
40 hours per week
10-hour day shift
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
No local candidates within 50 miles

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Georgia
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Gastroenterology (2 years of experience)
Gastroenterology experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS

Role Details

GI Lab / Endoscopy Lab assignment in the Atlanta hospital
Supports endoscopic procedures for Gastroenterology and Pulmonology service lines, including colorectal and bariatric surgery
Procedures include colonoscopies, EGDs, ERCPs, EUS, and bronchoscopies

Holiday Expectations

Must work 2 major holidays out of 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
