Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Massachusetts
Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association

Onboarding Requirements

Recent license/certification verification dated within 30 days of start.
Completion of various professional forms including:
- Code of Conduct
- Confidentiality and Information Security Agreement
- Integrity and Audit Services Form
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure
- Criminal Background Check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years)
- Education Verification (highest academic degree or diploma)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) and OIG (Office of Inspector General) checks
- Joint Commission CORE Exam within the last year
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days
- System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
- State-specific background checks if applicable (e.g., MA CORI for Massachusetts)
- OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check within 30 days

Additional Information

Skills checklist will be provided by the agency for clinical contractors.
All documentation must be uploaded to the credentialing system prior to start.
Prior travel experience is not specified as a requirement for this position.
