Overview

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in New Jersey
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Graduation from a Radiologic Technologist program and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of PACS system

Preferred Experience

• 6 months of CT experience

Role Summary

• Performs CT procedures and produces sectional and 3D images for interpretation
• Assists with interventional and therapeutic procedures
• Reviews patient history and prepares patients for scanning
• Administers contrast media as prescribed
• Monitors patients during procedures and provides patient instructions
• Performs venipuncture, IV patency, and maintenance procedures
• Works scheduled shifts, including holidays, weekends, overtime, and on-call assignments as needed

Additional Notes

• The role requires lifting up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs, and standing at least 6 hours per day
