36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
PALS issued by American Heart Association
TNCC
Experience working with Level 1 Trauma or Level 2 Trauma patients
1 year Emergency Department experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility OR 2 years in a Level 2 Trauma facility
Flu vaccination or approved exemption required for travelers from November 1 to April 1; declinations are not accepted

Preferred Qualifications

Trauma/peds experience
Experience with 200+ patients per day
High-acuity experience

Emergency Department
68 beds
Typical patient ratio: 4:1, with surge and other circumstances affecting ratios

Clinical Setting

Level 1 trauma center
Burn center
Stroke center
STEMI center
Regional burn center

Additional Notes

EPIC is used on the unit
Night shift orients on day shift and must be available the entire week
RTO must be made up on the back end
Holiday RTO: 1 request per assignment
