Valid RN license in Arizona
ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Unit Details

Blended ICU
16 beds
Adult and geriatric patient population
Patient ratio: 1:2
Float as primary RN to Intermediate Care Unit and, as needed, ED holding for admitted patients

Additional Information

Orientation is weekly
Housing options are available (at additional cost)
Start dates are firm
One call out is allowed per contract; a second call out is reviewed case by case
Equipment used includes Baxter pumps
