• Rural community hospital ICU assignment in Greenville, Ohio
• 6-bed ICU unit
• 13-week contract
• 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Start ASAP

Required Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio
• BLS
• ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

• NIHSS

Unit Details

• The unit is described as a high-acuity step-down / low-acuity ICU
• Typical patients include MICU and SICU
• The unit is the hospital’s current COVID unit
• Common diagnoses include sepsis, COPD, DKA, OD, renal, surgical, and respiratory issues
• Ratio is 1:2

Float / Coverage

• Required to float to MS/Tele
• Expected to float to Tele-MedSurg

Schedule

• 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend required
• Holidays are not usually worked, depending on schedule and perm staff availability

Other Details

• 1 shift of floor orientation provided
• Scrub color: royal blue
• ECG exam expected on the first day
• EMR: CPSI-Evident
