Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Travel experience
• ACLS
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• APEX or NIHSS
• Experience with Epic

Additional Requirements

• Background check covering all locations lived, worked, or attended school in the past 7 years
• At least 2 satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Employment application copy required
• Washington state court search
• Washington state background search

Health and Compliance Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation or declination
• Tdap vaccine or declination
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Annual OSHA, core, and medication/pharmacology competency requirements
• Patient restraints competency exam
• NIH Stroke certification is required for ED RNs
• FWA training completion
• Facility onboarding documents and modules must be completed after orientation
