Work Schedule
- Evening shift, Monday to Friday
- 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM)
- No weekends

Required Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Surgical Services
- Preference for 2 years of experience
- First-time travelers accepted
- Prior travel experience not required
Required Certifications
- CBSPD or CRCST certification
License Requirements
- Must hold the appropriate license for Sterile Processing Tech (if applicable)
On-Call
- Not required
Local Candidates
- Not eligible if residing within 50 miles of the facility
Required Documentation & Compliance
- Background check within 90 days covering all locations lived/worked in the past 7 years; must be updated annually
- Education verification required
- Drug screening (9-panel) within 12 months of start
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, signed by MD, NP, PA, or DO
- Immunizations and health requirements including:
- TDAP vaccine within 10 years (declination accepted)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 12 months, updated annually
- MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccination or positive titer
- Hepatitis B vaccination or signed declination
- Varicella vaccination or positive titer
- Seasonal flu vaccine during flu season (declination accepted)
- COVID vaccination documentation preferred (declinations not required)
- Respiratory safety clearance required annually for travel candidates
- Fit mask testing required annually for travel candidates (not required for case managers or phlebotomists)
- Drug screen attestation required if instant drug screen used
References & Employment History
- Minimum 2 references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application covering at least the last 5 years of employment with month/year format for dates worked
Training & Competency Requirements
- Completion of required WorkRamp modules including:
- Annual regulatory requirements
- Specialty-specific modules as applicable
- Basics of Trauma Informed Care (required at this facility)
- Competency exams as applicable by profession
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam if required
Additional Requirements
- Passport-style badge photo with neutral background
- WA State Patrol background search within 90 days of start (required by state law)
- Multi-state licensed nurses must complete demographic attestation if applicable (not applicable for this role)
- No on-call duties
- All requested Return to Office (RTO) restrictions must be included in submission
Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sterile Processing Technician within the last year
- CBSPD or CRCST certification
