Overview

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days or Nights, 36 hours per week
Bed size: 31 beds
Ratio: 1:1 or 1:2

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience
Current Indiana RN license
BLS (AHA only)
NRP

Job Details

General duties: Patient Care
Float scope: (age appropriate) Peds/PICU
Unit equipment: EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administration

Additional Information

Dress code: Caribbean blue scrubs
Orientation: 8 hours, with mandatory attendance required for all 7 days of orientation
Call-off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13-week assignment
Non-billable orientation hours: 8 hours
