Schedule
- Two weekends on, one weekend off
- Every other holiday

- 42 beds
- Staffing ratio: 2 nurses during days/eves and 1 nurse during nights
- Common patient types: LTC, memory care, dementia, ortho
- No behavioral risks currently
Additional Notes
- Overtime is available
- No on call or call back available or billable
- Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2-4 hours
- Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using GSS housing (at additional cost)
