Job Opportunity: Medical Surgical (Oncology) RN

Location: Terre Haute, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Unit Information

• Unit: Medical Oncology / Medical Surgical Unit
• Patient Ratios: 1:5 or 1:6
• Unit includes a mixed Med/Surg population
• Floating required within scope, including to an 8-bed Prison unit

Schedule & Shifts

• 3x12 hour night shifts
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per schedule (Sunday-Sunday schedule)

  • Day shift weekends: Saturday/Sunday
  • Night shift weekends: Friday/Saturday (must work 1 Sunday per schedule)

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Experience & Skills

• Competent, reliable, team player, flexible
• Willing to accept first-time travelers (no prior travel experience required)

Dress Code

• Navy blue scrubs required

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license appropriate for Indiana
• Specialty: Medical Surgical (Oncology)
• Years of Experience: Not explicitly stated; assume minimum competency for Medical Surgical Oncology RN role
