Occupational Therapist - Contract Position

Location: Carbondale, Illinois
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Work Monday through Friday
Will float between multiple nearby facilities
Flexible on shift if needed

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)
CSU-ALS preferred for ICU assignments

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Illinois
Minimum of 2 years of Occupational Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS
