Job Overview

Contract role in Alturas, California
Night shift
36 hours per week
Flexible assignment covering either Med/Surg or Emergency Room based on department needs

Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in California
2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
ED - Emergency Department experience
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS
PALS
BLS

Additional Requirements

Must be able to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills
Must be a team player, maintain confidentiality, be respectful of staff, considerate of others’ time, and accountable for work output
Must wear Caribbean Blue scrubs

Training Requirement

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training annually, with a certificate of completion
