CT Tech (Radiology) - Travel Position

Location: McKinney, Texas
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Employment Type: Travel
Hours per Week: 36 (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Fri-Sun, every other Thursday)

Job Summary

Seeking a CT Technologist with recent experience in CT and X-ray to work in a 260-bed facility. The position involves operating GE imaging equipment and working within established unit policies and dress code standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Texas
• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• ARRT Certification
• Texas Medical Board (TMB) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience as an X-Ray Technician

Work Environment & Unit Information

• Unit size: 260 beds
• Equipment: GE imaging systems
• EMR system in use
• Dress code:

  • Scrubs in steel gray color
  • Clean, healthy nails (no artificial nails, gel, or enhancements)
  • Neat, clean hair; pulled back if shoulder length or longer
  • Tattoos should be covered when possible
  • No visible piercings except ears (no nose, tongue, etc.)

Additional Notes

• Weekend shifts and on-call expectations to be discussed during the interview
• Best suited for candidates who meet the required certifications and have a professional appearance consistent with unit policies
