Required Qualifications

Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Valid RN license in New Mexico
Perioperative experience within the last year
1 year of perioperative experience
BLS issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS

Role Summary

Coordinates and implements patient care for the assigned unit
Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments, develops and updates care plans, and documents interventions
Participates in patient education and discharge planning
Performs point-of-care testing
Supports unit teamwork, orientation of new staff/students, and a positive patient experience
