Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
BLS
1 year of rehabilitation experience
Rehabilitation experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient setting
Med Surg experience
Experience with Epic

Unit Details

Specialty: Inpatient rehab
Patient population: Adults needing inpatient rehabilitation services with high-acuity needs
Patient ratio: 1:7
Bed count: 49

Work Environment

High-acuity inpatient rehab setting that functions similarly to a medical-surgical unit
Nurses assist CNAs and respond to call lights for patient safety
May be asked to float to a satellite inpatient rehab facility within about 20 minutes in the future
