Overview

Travel assignment in Lufkin, Texas
Start: ASAP
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; start times may vary as early as 6:00 AM, and early starts/late ends are rotated
Call: 2 days per week as 1st or backup, plus 1 weekend per month
No floating
No 48-hour shifts
No block scheduling
Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Texas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
BLS
ACLS
PALS
First Assist experience

Preferred

Scrub experience
First assist experience
Confident circulating experience in General, Orthopedic, Robotic, Urological, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT, and Plastics

Unit Details

OR with 8 regular beds, 2 cysto, 1 endo, and 2 C-section

Additional Notes

Hospital-provided scrubs: green
EMR: PICIS
Permanent home address must be included on submission
SSN must not be included on the sub packet or email
