Occupational Therapist (OT) - Travel Position

Location: Greenwood, Indiana
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Overview

• Work schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional weekends (2-3 weekend days per month)
• Shift: Day shift, typically 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 hours
• Patient population: Adult inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF)
• Caseload: Usually 6-7 patients daily
• Setting: Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital with 44 beds
• Patient diagnoses commonly treated: Brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputation, cardiac, orthopedic conditions
• Environment: Fast-paced with short length of stay; emphasis on teamwork and collaborative discharge planning to home

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience specifically in adult inpatient rehabilitation (IRF) settings
• Not suitable for candidates with experience limited to outpatient, school-based, or acute care settings

Additional Information

• No call requirements
• Scrub color: Any color except navy blue
• Orientation: Report at 8:00 AM on first day; parking available in main lot
• Electronic Health Record system used: UDS
