CT Tech - Radiology (Travel Position)

Location: Hendersonville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours

Job Description

• Work schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Unit: CT Department supporting Emergency Room volume.
• Equipment used: GE Revolution 256 slice CT scanner and GE VCT 64 slice.
• Documentation systems: Meditech and Synapse PACS.
• No floating required.
• Work alongside experienced tenured hospital staff (2-3 staff members per shift).
• Procedures performed: CT exams; no interventional experience necessary.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification (must be accredited in CT).
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification.
• HHCCA - De-Escalation Skills - Healthcare Setting.

Additional Information

• Dress code: Navy uniform required.
• Orientation includes review of scanning protocols and IV contrast policy.
• The CT unit features advanced technology, including the GE Revolution 256 slice CT scanner, one of the most advanced scanners available.
