Licensed Master Social Worker

Location: New York, NY
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 14 weeks (96 days)
Shift: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description

Conduct psychosocial assessments and supportive therapy
Perform discharge planning including making referrals
Work primarily with inpatient medicine, surgery (med/surg), and rehab patients

Required Qualifications

Valid Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in New York
Minimum 1 year of LMSW experience within the last year
Master's degree in the field of Social Work

Additional Information

Experience in inpatient med/surg and rehab settings is important
No prior travel experience required or specified
