Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Irvine, California
• ASAP start
• 13-week contract
• Day shift: 5x8 hours, 8:00–17:00
• 40 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Case Management experience within the last year
• 1 year of Case Management experience
• Experience with Epic
• NIHSS
• Government-issued photo ID
• Criminal background check within 1 year of start, updated annually
• 2 references within 1 year of start in the current specialty
• Employment application showing 1 of the last 2 years in specialty experience at a US facility
• Copies of Continuing Education taken within the last 24 months
• Unit-specific competency exam
• Infection Control/Bloodborne Pathogens exam
• Medication/Calculation Exam
• Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
• N95 mask fit testing within 1 year of start, renewed annually
• Negative TB test or chest x-ray within 1 year of start
• Hepatitis B series or declination
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap
• Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella immunity or vaccination documentation
• Flu vaccination or declination by 12/5
• Signed HIPAA acknowledgement
• Signed unit-specific job description
• Signed confidentiality agreement within 72 hours of signing
• Signed traveler acknowledgement
• Signed orientation info and acknowledgement
• Signed skin care standard of care acknowledgement
• Signed epidural pain policy review
• Signed sexual violence and sexual harassment policy acknowledgement
• Signed TB symptom review
• Signed hepatitis C declination if declining
• Signed pass/fail testing acknowledgement
• Signed first day instructions acknowledgment
• Signed wage benefit parity form for applicable UC Health WBP profiles

Preferred

• Hepatitis C titer is strongly preferred
