Job Opportunity: Interventional Radiology Tech

Location: West Columbia, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Position Details

• Shift: Day shift, 4 days a week, 10 hours per day (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
• On-Call: Yes, including some weekends
• Scheduling: Block scheduling possible if Fri/Mon off not requested
• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Start Date: ASAP

Required Qualifications

• Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist within the last year
• ARRT (R) certification
• Current BLS certification

Additional Requirements

• Background Checks: 7-year criminal background check within 90 days of start, including state and federal checks
• Health Documents:

  • Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray per facility guidelines
  • Required immunizations or titers: Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
  • Drug screening (5-panel urine or hair) within 90 days of start
  • COVID vaccination series or approved exemption
  • Seasonal flu vaccination or declination (deadline December 31)
• References: Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluations
• Employment Verification: Verification of past 7 years of employment (attestation accepted only for prior assignments with this employer)

Job Requirements Summary
