Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

Overview

Temp role in Glens Falls, New York
Day shift
26-week assignment

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in New York
CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
CT Technologist experience within the last year
ARRT (CT)
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Driver's License
Contrast injection experience
Positron Emission Tomography Technologist experience
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

GE scanner experience
Previous/current travel experience strongly encouraged

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of CT procedures using independent judgment
Complete routine diagnostic procedures
Obtain intravenous access
Prioritize and organize daily workflow
Use strong oral and written communication skills
Use basic computer skills

Additional Notes

COVID vaccinations are strongly encouraged, but not required
No block scheduling will be considered
Personal scrubs of any color are allowed, but no designs, cartoons, or hoodies
Requested time off must be noted and verified at upload; more than 5 days of RTO will not be accepted
Facility can cancel up to 5 shifts per 13-week contract with 2 hours’ notice
8 hours of non-billable orientation
Holiday multiplier: 1.25x
