Job Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Charlottesville, Virginia
  • Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
  • Weekly hours: 48
  • Contract length: 26 weeks
  • Start timing: October starts

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Virginia
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
  • NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
  • Infant-Driven Feeding™ Advancing Oral Feeding Practice in the NICU
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with Epic

Schedule Expectations

  • Must work 3 weekends during each 6-week scheduling period
  • Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
  • Time off may be approved up to 40 hours maximum
  • Time off is not approved during the first 2 weeks of the assignment
