Overview
- Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
- 18-week assignment
- Day and night 12-hour shifts
- 1:1 patient ratio
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- CVICU (2 years of experience)
- CVICU experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Ventilator management experience
- IV start/insertion experience
- PA line management experience
- Experience with Epic
Schedule and Work Expectations
- Weekend work required unless the schedule states otherwise
- May float to ICU units within the hospital
- Does not float to sister hospitals
- Block scheduling is not routinely accommodated
- Must work 2 of 3 holidays
- Up to 7 days of requested time off allowed in November/December, including one holiday if needed
Additional Notes
- Local candidates are accepted
- First-time travelers are not accepted
- Low-census call-off or on-call may occur in 4-hour increments within a 2-week cycle
- Scrubs are any color; OR personnel are provided scrubs
- Parking costs $10.26 per day
