Job Opportunity: Case Manager

Location

San Francisco, California
May need to float between offices in San Francisco and Emeryville, but primarily virtual work.

Employment Type

Travel/Contract
Contract length: 13 weeks

Work Schedule

Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
40 hours per week

Job Description

Support complex cases across the healthcare system and patients in the community virtually.
May require occasional travel between offices.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Experience in an inpatient setting

Additional Information

Candidates must review and sign various facility policies and attestations prior to start.
