Job Opportunity: Case Manager
Location
- San Francisco, California
- May need to float between offices in San Francisco and Emeryville, but primarily virtual work.
Employment Type
- Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Day shift, 5 days a week, 8 hours per day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
- 40 hours per week
Job Description
- Support complex cases across the healthcare system and patients in the community virtually.
- May require occasional travel between offices.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
- Minimum of 1 year of Case Management experience, including experience within the last year
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Experience in an inpatient setting
