Location
- Peoria, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Nights
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
- BLS
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) via NBRC or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC
Experience
- Experience in a large critical care facility with 300 beds or more
- Experience in critical care
Schedule
- Every other weekend
- Every other holiday
- No call
- No floating
Work Setting
- Respiratory therapy for general med, intermediate, and ICU patients
- Team lead available on each shift as a resource
- Hospitalist and intensivist available 24/7
Additional Notes
- Local placements accepted within a 50-mile radius
- Negative drug screen required
- Candidate must not have worked at the facility in the past year
- Scrubs are any color and are not provided
- Orientation includes 12 hours of training plus preceptor-supported shifts
