Specialty: Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility (LTC/SNF) RN
Location: Luverne, Minnesota
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days and Nights (6am-2:30pm, 2pm-10:30pm, 6pm-6:30am)
Hours per Week: 36
Bed Count: 51 beds
Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: 2 nurses during the day, 1 nurse overnight
EMR System: PCC
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday after Labor Day (Labor Day is required)
Shift Length: Mostly 12-hour shifts, some 8-hour shifts
Orientation: 2 hours with lead team plus 1-2 shifts shadowing another staff member
Patient Population: Dementia and geriatrics
Charge Nurse: Must be able to take charge

No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
Local pay rates apply within 80 miles or if using employer housing (note: pay details not included)
