  • Stroke and brain unit
  • 16 beds
  • Patient ratio: 4:1
  • Tech support available
  • Uses telemetry and Meditech
  • Navy blue uniform required

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Missouri
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
  • PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIHSS
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Cardiac drips experience
  • Stroke experience
  • Telemetry experience

Experience / Skills

  • Cardiac drips
  • Telemetry experience
  • Neurology experience

Scheduling / Floating

  • 3 shifts per week
  • 3 to 4 weekend shifts
  • May float to other areas where competency has been demonstrated
