Job Summary

Provides independent nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Performs health teaching, counseling, delegated medical functions, referrals, treatment plan monitoring, documentation, and resource use.
May float to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications.
May be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Montana
Med Surg (1 year of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Nurse
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
ACLS, NRP, or PALS as appropriate for the unit or service
