Job Opportunity: CT Technologist
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Work Schedule
- Night shift, Friday through Sunday
- Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license or certification as applicable for the role
- American Heart Association BLS certification (current, with front and back card images)
- Specialty exam completed within the last year
- Fit Test certification
- 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) test (with regional timing requirements for chest x-ray if positive)
- Proof of vaccinations or valid exemptions for:
- COVID-19 (booster required by Sept 2025, declination not accepted in CA or IL)
- MMR (2 vaccinations or IgG titer)
- Hepatitis B (vaccination series required; titers not accepted)
- Varicella (1 vaccination or IgG titer)
- Influenza vaccine is optional but recommended (declination accepted except in CA or IL)
- Physical/Health Statement confirming fitness to work (exam within the last year)
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific substances required)
Background and Compliance Requirements
- Criminal background check (Federal, Nationwide, County) covering last 7 years, including SSN verification and all known aliases, dated within 30 days of start
- Education verification (highest level of academic education or diploma/GED)
- EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) check dated within 30 days
- GSA/OIG exclusion check dated within 30 days
- NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including statewide checks for Michigan
- Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms within 30 days prior to start
- Trinity system access form completed and uploaded one week before start
- License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start (including online verification with machine-generated date)
Additional Requirements
- Resume and skills checklist within the last year
- Two professional references
- Trinity Skills Checklist provided by the agency for clinical contractors
- Standard I9 verification completed by the agency
- Color vision test
Notes
- All documentation and certifications must be uploaded to the vendor management system prior to or at onboarding as specified
- Declinations for vaccines are not accepted in California or Illinois for certain immunizations
- Hepatitis B titers will NOT be accepted in lieu of vaccination proof
