Cath Lab RN - Traveler

Overview

• Full-time, day shift
• Schedule includes 08:00–16:30 with call rotation
• On-call required every 2–3rd weekend and 1–3 times per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Patient Population

• Adult and geriatric patients

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Illinois
• Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
• 1 year of experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during cardiovascular procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and communicate patient status before, during, and after procedures
• Prepare and maintain procedure rooms and equipment
• Manage supplies and inventory for cases
• Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during procedures
• Assess and document patient condition in the cardiovascular lab
• Participate in quality improvement activities
