Overview

• Location: Bonners Ferry, Idaho
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Schedule: Six on, eight off

Contract Length

• 24 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Idaho
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Driver's License

Required Health Documentation

• Fit mask documentation completed within 1 year of start and updated annually
• Tetanus vaccination within the past 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 2 months of start
• Measles immunity documentation
• Mumps immunity documentation
• Rubella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B immunity documentation or declination
• Varicella immunity documentation
• Negative 9-panel drug screen including fentanyl within 1 year of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season

Facility-Specific Documents

• User Acceptable Use Agreement, signed within 24 hours of contract signing
• Confidentiality Agreement
• Express Education Acknowledgment
