Role

• Physical Therapist
• Travel/Contract assignment in Kodiak, Alaska
• Acute Care Medical Center / Long Term Care Facility / Outpatient setting
• Level IV Trauma, Critical Access Hospital
• 46 acute care beds and 22 LTC beds

Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• 8:00–17:00
• 40 hours per week
• Guaranteed 70 hours per 2 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Alaska
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatrics
• Adolescents

Float Scope

• May float within scope to cover Outpatient, Acute Care, and SNF

Additional Notes

• On-call: No
• Weekend requirement: No
• Block schedule: Not accommodated
• Local candidates: Not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
• Pending license: Not accepted
• RTO restrictions: Based upon request
• Housing and a rental car/vehicle are provided during the assignment (at additional cost)
• Pets are not allowed
