Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Baltimore, Maryland
- Day shift: 3x12, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- 13-week contract
- Start date: ASAP, with quick-start options noted
- Weekend coverage: every 3rd weekend
Unit / Assignment Focus
- Med Surg Ortho
- Float scope: Ortho - MedSurg
- Patient diagnoses include:
- Joint replacements
- Spinal surgery
- Orthopedic trauma
- Hand trauma
- Fractures
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 2 years of Med Surg experience
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Experience with orthopedic procedures including peripheral nerve block catheters, total joint replacement, and surgical drains
- Ability to float between Orthopedics and Med Surg units
