Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg (Stroke Unit)

Location: Crestview, Florida

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6 PM - 6 AM)
Hours per Week: 36

Job Description

• Provide nursing care on a Medical-Surgical Stroke Unit (2S)
• Must have experience with stroke patients and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments
• Position requires working night shifts

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Florida
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• Experience with stroke patients and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) assessments
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• AHCA certification required for all Florida travelers

Additional Information

• Stroke and NIHSS experience must be included in the application submission
• Position start date is ASAP
