Overview

Travel RN role in Asheville, North Carolina
36 hours per week
13-week contract

Unit

40-bed cardiac stepdown/progressive care unit in the Owen Heart Center (Heart Tower), 5th floor
Floating may include MedSurg units, Stepdown units, COVID unit, and ER holding
Every other weekend

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiac Stepdown (2 years of experience)
Cardiac Stepdown experience within the last year
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
Stepdown experience
Telemetry experience
Experience with titratable or cardiac IV medications (nitroglycerine, Cardizem, amiodarone, dopamine, dobutrex, insulin drip, heparin, bumex/Lasix)
BLS
ACLS

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with prostacyclins such as Flolan, Veletri, Remodulin
Relief charge experience
