Position Details

Employment Type: Travel
Role: Rad Tech
Unit: Medical Imaging - OPDC
Number of Openings: 1
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Shift Hours:
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (3x12’s & 1x4 – Days)
Weekend Requirements: None
On-Call Requirements: None
Duration of Assignment: 13 weeks with option to extend

Responsibilities

Perform Diagnostic Radiographic Exams for Outpatient Imaging Center
Conduct DEXA examinations
Perform mammography

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 2 years
Certifications/Licenses Required:
- BLS
- ARRT
- Virginia License (must include status of license)
Proficient in:
- Performing mammography (MQSA compliant)
- Experience with DEXA

Unit Information

Type of Patients: Level II Trauma Center & Inpatient
EMR System: EPIC

Dress Code

Scrub Color: Caribbean Blue
Unacceptable Attire: As per Valley Health dress code policy
