- Valid Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Additional Details
- Home Health provides a car for visits
- Mileage reimbursement is 0.52 per mile, but the expectation is to use the home health cars
- Travelers with a permanent address within 100 miles of the hospital are not accepted
- All compliance documents must be uploaded 5 business days prior to start
