X-Ray Technician Travel Opportunity

Location: Morristown, New Jersey
Employment Type: Travel - Allied Health
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: PM (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week

Job Description

Perform imaging and treatment processes following state, federal, and professional guidelines
Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring safety and patient comfort during procedures
Monitor and coordinate daily imaging procedures, including any necessary revisions
Must be comfortable working in the Operating Room (OR) environment
Ability to work independently in a large facility (approximately 900 beds)

Required Qualifications

Valid Radiology Technologist license in New Jersey
Minimum 18 months of experience as a Radiology Technologist, including experience within the last year
At least 18 months of total travel experience as a Radiology Technologist
ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Experience as an X-Ray Technician
Experience with GE Healthcare imaging equipment

Additional Information

Knowledge of current trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, including new hardware and software technology, is expected
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position
