Overview
- Location: New York, New York
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Hours per week: 34.5
Role Summary
- Provides direct patient care in a cardiac surgical intensive care setting.
- Works with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Supports patient experience, quality, safety, and professional development initiatives.
- May perform charge nurse duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- SICU - Surgical Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- SICU - Surgical Intensive Care experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- 2 years of Post Open Heart and Cardiac Care Unit experience
Preferred
- EPIC experience
Additional Notes
- Travel experience is required for travel positions, but not for per diem positions.
