Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Cardiac experience including cardiac drips, cardiothoracic surgeries, chest pain, post cath lab interventions, and cardiac-specific diagnoses
Experience with Epic

Compliance / Onboarding Requirements

75-mile radius rule applies
7-year criminal background check covering all locations lived and worked in during the past 7 years, including all aliases
EPLS/GSA/SAM check
HHS/OIG check
Missouri state-specific search
Education verification for highest level earned
NURSYS verification
Tech cert verification
Acknowledgement of pass/fail testing

Competency exam
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
