Registered Nurse – Med/Surg Telemetry

Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide nursing care on Med/Surg Telemetry unit with potential to float to related units including Emergency Department.
Rotating day/night shifts (7am–7:30pm and 7pm–7:30am); shift rotation may be required to meet operational needs.
Must work at least every other holiday.
Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety testing; passing scores required.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Ohio
Minimum 1.5 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS certification
NIHSS certification
Associate of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing
