Schedule
- Night shift, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (19:00 - 07:30)
- Includes 2 on-call shifts per month
- Variable days of the week

- Floating within scope to meet facility needs is required
Required Licenses and Certifications
- ARRT (R) certification
- Washington State Radiology license
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

Background Checks and Compliance
- 7-year criminal background check required within 45 days of start, including nationwide and sex offender searches
- Education verification required for Med Lab Techs (not applicable here)
- Additional checks: EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, Sex Offender Search, WA WATCH Search
- International background checks if candidate lived outside the U.S. in last 3 years
Required Competencies and Exams
- Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam (Relias Advanced Dysrhythmia Exam) required for Radiology/Angio and Interventional Radiology units; must pass with 80% minimum, 2 attempts allowed
- Medication/Pharmacology competency exam required for RNs and LVNs/LPNs (not directly applicable but noted)
- Conscious Sedation Competency Exam may be required depending on sub-specialty (confirm if applicable)
Health and Immunization Requirements
- Physical exam within 1 year prior to start (not required by facility but by agency)
- Mask fit test within 12 months of start (specific mask models required)
- Tdap vaccine within 10 years or declination on file
- Negative TB test (Qgold, Tspot, or 2-step PPD within 90 days) or chest X-ray if positive TB history
- Annual TB questionnaire required
- Immunizations or titers required for: Rubeola (Measles), Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, Varicella
- Seasonal flu vaccine or declination required during flu season (09/29 - 03/31)
- COVID vaccination or declination required for tracking purposes

- Background packet including personal data form, national background check form, and other documents must be completed prior to start
Requirements/Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
- ARRT (R) certification
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Siemens CT equipment experience
