Shift: Day shift, 3 shifts of 12 hours each (7:00 AM – 6:45 PM), every other weekend required
Hours per Week: 36 hours
Schedule Flexibility: Block schedule requests may be accommodated upon discussion with manager
Floating: May be required to float within scope to meet facility needs
Locals Accepted: Yes, no radius restrictions

Background checks covering all locations lived/worked in past 7 years, including SSN trace, national criminal, sex offender, and federal exclusions
State-specific searches including Illinois Department of Corrections, Most Wanted, and Violent Offender registries within 30 days of start
Fingerprinting required in Illinois within 3 business days prior to start for clinical candidates without an IL license
Education verification required (official or unofficial transcripts accepted if pending)
Drug screening: 9-panel drug test within 30 days of start
Competency exam required for all clinical candidates
References: 2 professional references required for clinical travel candidates

Physical exam within 1 year of start, confirming ability to perform job functions without restrictions
Fit mask test required (specific mask types accepted)
Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
TB questionnaire updated annually
Immunizations or proof of immunity required for:
- Measles (Rubeola)
- Mumps
- Rubella
- Hepatitis B
- Varicella
Seasonal flu vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption required annually by November 30

Candidates must submit a badge photo within one week of contract signing
Code of conduct acknowledgment required within 7 days of contract signing
Parking permit form must be completed within 7 days of contract signing if applicable
Return to office (RTO) restrictions ideally no more than 5 days
