Inpatient Pharmacist
Overview
- Travel/Contract role in Boone, North Carolina
- 13-week assignment
- Shift times vary, but do not extend past 9pm
- 4x10 day shift, 9:00–19:00
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree
- Valid Pharmacist license in North Carolina
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
- 1 year of pharmacist experience
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Driver's License
- Experience with Epic
Required Credentials and Compliance
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- NURSYS verification, as applicable and required for all RNs
- State License 1 Verification
- Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable
- Competency Exam
- Proof of 2 clinical references
- Complete application/resume
- Skills checklist, updated annually
- Background check
- Physical exam, updated annually
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Drug screen within 30 days of start, updated annually
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- Photo for badge
- I9 attestation
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify attestation
